I have question... what do you do to ensure you don't get sick off of the weeds because you have a dog that uses the yard as a toliet... should you pick just from another location in the yard or use the front yard?
often dog urine will kill whatever it touches . . . but to be safe I usually pick from an area I know Lola hasn't been in. But that doesn't guarantee some other animal hasn't peed on it! I rinse everything really well.
Tried it tonight for the first time. Only had 5 of them, not really in season yet! Egg, flour, salt and pepper, fry for 30ish seconds and voila. They tasted amazing! I'm so excited about them coming up all over the place
