What kind of diffuser do you use?

How do you let your oils permeate the air??

I was looking into something like this
http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=220738404084&ssPageName=STRK%3AMEWAX%3AIT
But I can't see spending the $50... does anyone know of any place to get a more inexpensive one?? I really want to keep with a cool mist diffuser as well...

I don't use mine in humidifiers. I burn mine, or put them on a cotton ball and lay them near where it needs to be placed. I sometimes just throw drops around the room That's the lazy version. I also put them in baths and I use my rose oil as a perfume.

I'll mix oils w/ jojoba oil for body massaging.

I think I am going to order that but I need to figure out something safe to have in DDs room since I want to try aromatherapy to help her sleep...

I am having a difficult time with her sleeping and staying asleep and was hoping to try some kind of aromatherapy to help her drift off... plus I want to use aromatherapy in the other rooms for helping with stress and relaxation...

In the future I want to use is for regulation of menstruation, conception/fertility, and then child birth... I have found many great sites on essential oils and their uses...

I used aromatherapy to aid in the conception of DD and I believe it worked... we tried and nothing happened until I introduce aromatherapy and crystal therapy into our home and well we conceived that time...

That's awesome to hear Love it.

You can also try pouches of dried herbs, lavender herb, oil... You can put a few drops of lavender oil on a cotton ball and place the ball in a plastic baggie, then poke a hole (small) in the baggie so the scent comes out gradually and place it near her bed, it will help. Hang the herb above her head (pretty too) or put a drop in each corner of the room (she'll smell it!).
