Hi Ladies. My family is converting over to the "natural way of living". After my one year old was on antibiotic after antibiotic and steroid after steroid with NO RELIEF. I said enough is enough. Her pediatrician has always pressured injections/meds on us. I am in the process of finding a new pediatrician that does NOT do this!

However, my aunt introduced us to Dr.Tennant in Irving, Texas. Caydi (my one year old) had an appointment with Dr. T last month. He put her on Iodine drops, vitamin d drops, vitamin c powder and MMS (as needed). He also suggested that we research injections and recommended not giving them. He also informed us of foods that are bad for us that everyone thinks are healthy! WHAT???I didn't know corn and soybean were bad for us! We attempted the Doug Kaufman RAW Anti Fungal diet.......We did last week and my entire family (4) had more energy and didn't feel as blahhhh! We fell off the wagon due to the lack of recipes and variety! Can anyone suggest Natural/Raw food recipes?

Caydi felt better instantly! My family and friends are being hateful and judgemental about our lifestyle change.

Any tips or suggestions would be wonderful! Like I said, I am new to this and would love input!
Thanks ladies

Welcome!! We do the paleo diet, there are the cooked and totally raw versions, we still cook some foods though - but we don't eat anything that HAS to be cooked in order to eat it, cooking is just now a matter of taste preference We are grain-, legume-, dairy-, and nightshade-free.

There are a few paleo cookbooks out there, you may want to check into them I'm in process of writing one, but that will be awhile yet before its done

New Dr. sounds awesome!

We eat a lot of raw and have really moved to more of a Paleo diet, cutting out grains and dairy slowly.

We eat a lot of salads and fresh fruit.
