Hello!

I suffer from really dry patches and excema yet I also get acne on my face. I try to buy natural products to help my skin, but I wonder if it's something internal that is causing all this.

Any ideas??

absolutely, it can be internal From the non-mainstream reading , eczema is thought to be an allergic reaction to something. Some people find their eczema clears when they eliminate nightshade foods. Some have to avoid other foods. Acne can be a hormonal thing, but it can also be bacteria related.

Ditto what Anne said, also you may want to try a raw honey & sugar face scrub/body scrub. It sluffs off the old skin and leaves your body feeling smooth!
