Hi ladies,
I'm just 10 weeks along (tomorrow) and my skin is going haywire with acne. Mostly on my chest and back, but its pretty gross. I usually have great skin, so this is sort of new for me, and I definitely know not to use the regualar standbys- salicylic acid, benzyol peroxide, or even the more natural things - glycolic acid, tea tree oil etc. However, I just remembered that I have a big tub of bentonite clay - I used to take it internally years ago, but stopped... and I konw its great for skin issues when used as a mask.

I'm being super careful with everything I put on my skin, and am wondering if there's anything in the clay that is harmful during pregnancy. Nothing has come up during my google searches, mostly its not recommended internally, and I'm not doing that (or any cleanse right now,a lthough I do them regularly when not pregnant!).

Do any of you have any information on this? Thanks!
