I'm not sure what you mean by honeycomb acne, but what IS good for acne (the skin period) is to use raw honey. I mix raw honey with some sugar to slough off dead skin cells, and only do it once every 3 days. The other days I cleanse my face with tea tree oil or witch hazel

I second the raw honey for acne!! I have the really hard to deal with kind, where it forms so deep below the skin surface I get red painful bumps that can become hugely swollen. Even tea tree won't touch them . . . but a little raw honey mixed in with my (homemade) lotion applied twice a day every day really keeps them away!
