It was a very good article, and I'm glad to see that I am eating a lot of what I should and not so much of the things that I shouldn't....what I eat, like bananas, pumpkin seeds, whole grains and oats and those things....my body just seems to crave anyway...like if all of those foods were on a buffet table, I'd be more apt to choose the things in the column of what I should be eating...kwim? Thanks for posting the article..
