My whole family suffers with eczema and the only treatment we have found that works is this soap that my Uncle bought, I can't think of the name of it so I will have to email him and ask. It was this weird, lumpy, ball soap that someone told them to try for my cousin. His eczema would get so bad he would have white patches on his back like looked that polka dots almost during the summer against his tan skin. The soap is the only thing that healed it to where his back looked normal.
I have heard of people grounding soap nuts and using them as a natural soap since soaps tend to irritate eczema.
