Tonight I'm making a "beef stew thingy" I don't know what to call it.
smash some tomatoes and add that
(I would add beef broth but we're out)
zuchhini or squash (haven't cut it up yet so I don't know which one)
Ok, I adjusted it. I added some curry, a bay leaf, italian seasoning, cayenne pepper, and then I did add some worcestershire sauce and canned potatoes. Don't kill me Anne, they were in the stockpile and we gotta get rid of em!
It was delicious. It'd go great w/ some raw crackers, but I haven't made any yet because I don't have all the ingredients! I read about onion crackers today - nummy ♥

yeah, we used up our stockpiles too except the nightshade stuff (gave that away) so it's mostly gone now.
last night's supper was stuffed round zucchini - chicken, mushroom, onion, garlic, the zucchini innards, and herbs de provence (or whatever that french term is) which is thyme, rosemary, basil, sage, marjoram, savory, and fennel (I used caraway) + salt/pepper. And an apple parsnip mash - which this time I followed the recipe. It was better the last time when I didn't!
