...and safe for TTC/pregnancy.

Does anyone know of any?

My IBS meds are not safe for TTC/pregnancy so I'm having to wean off them. This basically means I can eat absolutely no dairy and I'm already vegetarian so this makes me essentially vegan. I'm also on a weight loss healthy eating kick so please no suggestions about diet, I simply cannot cut anything else out!!
NB. Don't worry about my nutrition I'm asking my GP tomorrow about a safe vitamin supplement I can take pre-TTC.

So yep I am looking for supplements or homeopathic medicines I could take!

Something that may be of use is doing the enemas that cancer patients do w/ the Gerson Therapy. You'd have to research it more I'm not sure what all it entails honestly.
