Hi, Im Ashleigh-30/married/SAHM. Im planning to have a Mirena IUD removed soon as it has been making me sick. My cousin is really into herbal everything and suggested I make an infusion to drink every day to improve my overal feminine health before I TTC. Here is the list-red raspberry leaf, red clover, stinging nettles, with a little alfalfa and dandelion root. Right now, I have the red raspberry leaf and do drink it.

Im hoping to get opinions on these herbs, amounts, and the combination. Also, Ive read that nettles are better seasoned with salt than sugar, so I am wondering how bad would this mixture taste... Should I combine them differently? Im afraid that if it is pretty gross, I wont be able to make myself drink it every day.

These all sound very familiar for the female reproductive system. I will do some additional research when I get time, things are crazy right now as I'm moving in a few days. I will get back with you though ♥

You might want to start with the sticky, it has a link in it about how to use herbs

Nettles would taste better eaten with salt if cooked and eaten as greens. But as part of a tea, I'd sweeten, not salt.

I found this great link here for you: Fertility Herbs For Her

It's not necessarily for fertility, however whenever you're getting the female reproductive system up to par, the fertility part just goes hand in hand
