For me, I find I have much more energy all day long if I don't eat until early afternoon. And I'm very rarely hungry in the mornings anyway Then I graze & eat supper, and graze some more until about 8pm. I know that wouldn't work for most people but it's working great for me!
I've never been too big on breakfast except for the period of time I was eating boca sausage and making a nice breakfast sandwich with some salsa. Then I started to feel like maybe the boca/soy was causing me some problems so I scaled back and basically don't eat it but once in a blue moon. I miss it though. Now I'm back to not enjoying boring breakfast.
I wish I had some really fast and balanced breakfast options. The kiddos just make it hard to spend time on food preparation.
