Here is a great link! I have all of these on my morning routine already, I just need to remember to implement ALL of them, not just a couple! And I completely agree that #7 is by far the most important.
If these steps are too hard for you to jump into, do number 7 and the visual technique to where you're visualizing yourself doing all the other numbers, and before you know it, you WILL be doing all the steps! ♥
Usually my morning routine involves getting up, brushing my teeth before ANYTHING else (I hate having dirty teeth), taking my vitamins (so there is that full glass of water), I try to do a work out dvd on netflix, then I get ready and make breakfast for everyone. I also try to read my Bible and spend some time in prayer too.
Thanks for that list! It's really neat and I will definitely be trying to incorporate the stuff on it into my routine.
