Breakfast is the first meal of the day,So it should be complete,pure and healthy,which provides you enough energy during whole day.I mostly eat egg,slice,beans or some veggies with one cup tea or juice.
I love breakfast, it's my favorite. I still make pancakes and stuff like that I replace flour with ground oatmeal. You need to cook it on a lower heat for longer but it's a great way to still eat what you like and be healthier.

Natural greek yogurt with fresh berries, tablespoon of milled flax seed, and a tablespoon of honey, or natural oats with fresh berries and milled flax seed, and a piece of fruit such as an apple or orange. Occasionally when I'm in a hurry, I throw in one of my smoothie packs (strawberries, blueberries, and bananas) into my blender, add a tablespoon of flax seed, 6-8oz of water or almond milk, and enjoy!
I usually have oatmeal or an egg and cheese bagel (whole wheat). I make big feasts on the weekends, I tried this good oatmeal muffin recipe this weekend and my toddler loved them. He ate four in a sitting!
