If I had a juice/smoothie for breakfast, some kind of salad (with protein) for lunch, and a regular dinner (still whole foods). Would that be a good rounded diet? I would of course have other breakfasts and lunches for my Dh and Dd but would that be good for me?
OMG. well if tomatoes are a fruit . . . and if you're basically having just crust+tomato sauce+meat+cheese . . . where's the veggie?? Maybe you have to add them all together to =veggie??? Must be the New Math.
First and most important thing is to eat breakfast which should be healthy,complete and pure.Because healthy breakfast is essential for healthy lifestyle.Drink more and more water,try to consist on vegetables,fruits,healthy eating,beans etc rather than to eat fast/junk/oily stuff.
It's a good diet plan for the weight loss.
You should take more fruits and vegetables in routine diet and eat these veggies foods in at least two serving of the day.
Also take citrus fruits juices, green tea, fish oil, and olive oil to burn your unnecessary fat.
