I am trying out my new juicer for the first time today and I love it! I made a green juice with kale, pear, apple, lemon, and ginger. I think I put a little too much ginger in but other than that I like it.

I have decided I am going to go into a detox slowly by drinking a juice for one meal for three days, then two meals for three days, and then all three meals for three days. I will come out of it slowly as well, so the total period will be five days.

I also did a detox bath the other night to help with my cold (2 cups of baking soda and 2 cups of epsom salts and soaked for 45 minutes) it helped a lot but now I am stuck in that crummy getting better but coughing all the time stage so I might do another one tonight.

Yay for you!!!

Unfortunately that is the downside of detoxing It releases all the yuckiness in us and makes us feel yucky while it's getting out - BUT it's getting out!!!
