I had to have somewhere to put this, hopefully I can post my feelings, temptations, and frustrations here and get some support throughout this. I am starting a (hopefully) 10 day juice fast today. Well actually I am going to try for 3 days, then 5, then 10-I figure little goals will be more helpful. So:
I started out today with a juice made of green apple, pear, kale, celery, and 1/2 a lemon. It wasn't too bad-but I am not a big fan of celery so it probably would have been a lot better without that. I got it down though and am not feeling nauseated yet. I am running out of produce so I am going to have to get creative for lunch and dinner tonight and after dinner I am going to make a run to the farmers market to stock up.
