If you want to lose the weight without any side effects then you should never use the diet pills or weight loss steroids because these pills and steroids have serious side effects for the health and fitness.
Follow exercising or dieting techniques for the effective weight loss.

Well,I am very careful about the fitness and health issues so we should be take
care of the body weight.Some tips for natural weight loss of the body like,...
Eat vegetarian foods
Drink green tea
Fresh Salad
Yogurt
Swimming
Cycling....

I care more for fitness of my self and my other family members too,we should eat which is best for our heath.

You're very right Hamlin, I used diet pills and lost about 50 pounds in 4 months and now I have a lot of extra skin that will require surgery to get rid of it. It's best to lose weight at a natural rate by eating well and exercising regularly.

I completely agree...Weight loss or staying healthy in general should be about eating right and staying active. It's hard and it's a process but is anything that we want easy?
