Just wondering for those moms who DO NOT vaccinate (I wanted to really stipulate this as I am not posting to debate with vaccinating parents! lol) what they do to help build their childrens immune systems up? Measles is currently spreading through our city and my daughter is not immunized. (Not that I believe immunizations help anyways... as the 2nd case of measles in our city is from a girl who IS immunized) However, I have read vitamin A is great for prevention. Any other ideas?
My older children are vaccinated but my last 4 are not fully vaccinated.
I personally believe in good healthy nutrition and prayers I think all vitamins are essential so I try to make sure they get a variety of foods. I also give my children a drink called Truth which is incredible for boosting the immune system!

Organic foods. No artificial sweeteners. As little processed foods as possible. No food dyes. Allow to play outside in the dirt. Probiotics, an absolute must, best thing for a strong immune system. Even if a non vaccinated child catches it, it's no big deal. And gives life long immunity where a vaccine doesnt. Even the CDC says bad side affects are very rare, and deaths from the measels are only in third world countries and the media uses that (without mentioning that of course) as a fear tactic to get people to "immunize". Shots dont give full protection, it's a live virus shot, and you stand the chance of catching mumps as well as 100% of the cases in the states are from the shot itself. This vaccine sheds for approx three weeks. And if a child catches it, DO NOT give tylenol!!!
