Have you started saving for college yet?

We haven't been able to start yet, but I'd like to within a couple of years!

Yes and no. Well our son has some inheritance from grandpa. Plus we were buying savings bonds for our son. So he will have 1-2 years of college paid for. Depending on where he goes to college.

yes, each child has his own state-run college savings account that we contribute $50/month into. and my parents contribute $25/month for each.

they should be set!

We have a savings account set up for all of them, that they can use for that.

We opened a savings account, and are making monthly contributions, plus we put a little chunk in as a Christmas gift. Eventually we'll study the different college savings plans (UPromise, etc) and transfer the money to one of those.

When I think of how much money I would like to save, it's overwhelming. Oh well. We have almost 2 decades to save up.
