I am going to go upstairs and marinate London Broil. A couple of weeks ago they were buy one get one free and we love this easy, easy meal. All I do is marinate it all day long and then I throw it on the grill about 30 mins before we want to eat. I sear both sides and then put it on low to finish grilling. We usually eat baked potato and veggies with it. But tonight I think I am going to make scalloped pototaoes as I have been wanting those for a bit now.

So what you are you having for dinner?

It is maverick ranch natural pork tenderloin chops: no antibiotics, no pestiicides, no added water and no growth hormones --brown rice and veggie to be determined later.

Homemade egg rolls & fried rice.
The egg rolls are already made and in the freezer, just have to pop them in the oven. Fried rice is just as easy, leftover rice is in the freezer, just toss w/ some peas & carrots and eggs and that's done too.
I needed something quick and reheatable as dd has track practice again tonight...

Either steak and cheese sandwiches or burgers (depends on whether dh is up for grilling!), either will be with steamed red potatoes and a veggie (probably broccoli or mixed veggies)

I haven't the slightest idea yet. We argued this in the morning. I said to our son what you want for supper. I don't know. How about pork chops. He says Ewww no I don't want them. So I am undecided yet.
