Freedom to go out without needing to find someone to watch my child. Also my body before I got pg with her. I still dont have that back yet.

Sleep!
Going to the movies and nice dinners (can't because baby won't take bottle and he's very difficult to put down for a nap and my mom who would babysit just can't deal with it)
I miss running errands and getting them all done in one outting.

Mostly just being able to get up and go at any time and not have to plan everything. Now everything revolves around nap time, feeding time and bed time.

I miss being able to do what I want to do, when I want to do it. Like Jacksonsmom said, everything revolves around DS's schedule now and that isn't always convenient. Although that very same thing gets us out of some family events, etc that we'd rather now go to or stay at. LOL

I'm sure this makes sense to most..

But sometimes I totally miss being completely selfish and worrying about nobody but me..

After we have kids, we basically are no longer concerned about our wants.. it's all about our kids and the worry we have for them 24/7..

Sometimes I miss being selfish.. I wou;dn't have it any other way but its nice sometimes to think back on how life was before responsibilities

The sleep and being able to just get up and go. It takes me triple the time to do something now then before. But I wouldn't trade it for the world..It is all soooo worth it.

I miss sleep the most (I have a newborn). I miss naps with hubs.

I miss deciding from one day to another that we are going to South Beach for the weekend, or Vegas.

But it is worth it. I am a much better person because of my kids...

Sleep!!! Haven't had a full night in over 5mo. To some degree I also miss being able to do anything at anytime, but for the most part I don't really mind dragging Julia along with me wherever I go. It just sucks when I get an idea to do something while she's napping.
