I think the interveiw went good. They had 3 others to interview yet. But the shift rotates. Not thrilled about that. As some people come in at 3:30am to start cooking for the breakfast. It's quite a production they do at the hospital for the food that is served to employees, visitors and patients. They said the pay would be 11.29$ an hour but that would be more actually. They pro rate work experience. They will give credit for years of cooking experience, schooling as well as food work in the medical setting. So that rate will be more than 11.29 an hour plus shift differentials for 2nd and 3rd shift and weekend work. I pray I am offered it. As this sounds more like a career than going just to work. Oh the position I'd get if hired is production cook. So this is the high volume cooking they mentioned doing.
