I see the boards are pretty active even at this late time! Just thought I'd pop in and say hello to all the other night owls out there. Usually I'm up for at least another hour, but since becoming prego (edd 9.26) I've been super tired and try to be in bed by midnight... which was an hour ago.
My hubby works nights and we homeschool, so it makes sense for us to have a later schedule. If my kiddos (boys are 10, 6, and 5) were up at 7am - that's about when hubby gets home from work - he'd never get any sleep! It helps that I'm naturally a night owl. I do have one morning kiddo; my 6yo gets up a couple of hours before the rest of us do usually, and though most people don't think 10am is very early, it's hard for me to adjust to him getting up like that! He's gotten to where he can handle things for a little while though - not getting into anything and just finding something to eat and turning on the tv or something, so that helps. My youngest is a little insomniac so often I'm having to wait on him to fall asleep before I can go to bed.
Anyway. I think my youngest might be asleep now so I should probably head to bed. Plus I'm exhausted (fatigue seems to be my main pregnancy symptom, and it's a new one for me), but I'm glad to have found this place and have happily been posting and browsing for a couple of hours now.
Just wanted to see who all is out there and usually stays up late! Would love to chat with you soon. For now I think I shall turn in! (but I won't promise ) G'night ladies!
