<span style="color:#000099">Hi!

I\'m an Interior Decorator & I typically work with around
4 clients a month, so I wanted a wider range of opinion.

I was wondering what you might think about this trend.

The hottest color for 2006 is ORANGE!

Here’s a nice picture:

(nothing for sale at this site)

What is your reaction to using this color in your home?

Have you jumped on this trend?

If so, what have you done that looks great and what has been a disaster?

I would love to know what you think.

Yours,
- Melisa</span>

I think the pic is beautiful. I guess the closest thing we have done is our son's room is a color called "mandarin orange" which is kinda a yellow based oranged. It's bright and vibrant without being overbearing. For him we were able to incorporate a lot of other colors with it...bright green, turquoise and white.
I would not be in the least scared to do some form of orange when we move. I think some people jst shy away from vibrant colors because they are afraid they will be overbearing.

That's cool, that means I'm going to have one hip baby! We painted our spare bedroom orange a year ago and now it's going to be the baby's room. I love orange, I think it's a great room color, nice and warm feeling.

Here's not a very good picture of it, but it shows the color anyway...

I LOVE it.. that picture was great!!!
I'm totally into those earthy deeper colors.
We are reduing our house right now so we can then either sell it or rent it out and get something bigger..
and me thinks I'm going to paint the walls.....

I don't really like it. It is just too much for me personally. I think I would like the color used as accents in the room but not having the walls painted that color. I'm into painting my walls different colors but I have never used orange.
