My sister and I are thinking of starting a business that would provide frozen, healthy pre-made dinners for busy families and such. Would any of you consider this? What would make it worth your money to use this service? We would provide clients with a menu of different meals and they could pick and choose what they wanted. We would do all the shopping, preparing and packaging of the food. TIA!!!!
I wouldn't because my DH is an amazing chef and loves to cook... But I definitely think you could do it if there's a market for it where you are. There are a few companies like that in my area, mostly specializing in diet for weight loss, diabetes etc. Not for family meals. They're pretty pricey at about $7 per meal per person so I think you'd need to cater towards the more affluent...
