When you feel you're about to lose it,,,step back and try to cool off. I try to remember that they're just kids and don't understand what they're doing at times, and losing it and getting stressed in certain situations only send mixed messages to them.
I don't like taking things too seriously in life, unless they're life or death, and doing that helps put things into perspective and makes you not get so stressed out at the little things.
Do something you really enjoy or that relaxes you at least once a day and keep time for yourself.
