Usually 68-70 degrees

Brrrr. I would be freezing! We have ours set at 76, which most of the time is fine, but if I'm hot, I will take it down to 75. Usually not lower than that, though.

My SIL has hers set at 74 and the last time I was there, I was soooo cold.

68, if it'a humid (higher than my set max) the unit runs on one compressor until it either reaches the humidity set point or 3 degrees below the temp so somedays it's 65

It's usually set around 77 ... I'm in south texas... can't afford too much a/c!

hmm not sure. We have central air, so I let Dh set it. It is off since it has cold down.

We have C/A too but there is a short between the furnace and the thermostat. We have had it tested and it is nothing dangerous, just the fact that we can only control the A/C by the circuit box. So we usually run it for an hour, it gets freezing in here and then we shut it off for 2-3 hours. It is a pain but I am waiting for my dad to come out to get underneath our home so it can be fixed.....grrr!
