I was terrible at setting a proper bedtime routine for my dd in the beginning . I wasn't quite sure how much sleep a toddler needed and really actually got tips from the Supernanny show.
I try now to make sure she isn't up past around 9ish, or by 9.30pm max.

Trey goes to bed around 6:30 pm which is early but he sleeps through the night and gets up between 6:00-7:00 am. He also takes two naps a day, an hour in the morning and an hour in the afternoon. We've tried keeping him up later but he just can't keep his eyes open so why fight it. It also gives me and my husband some time together which is wonderful.
My older ones really do not have a specific time. I like them to at least be in there room my 11:00. My two boys 11 and 7 have to be in bed by 8:30 during the school year and 10:00 during the summer. My son who will be 2 this month goes to sleep by 10:00 at night. He is not a good sleeper at all and gets up by 7:00 in the morning.
