We live in an age with so much technology, but do you ever get sick of it? Perhaps you look back to a time when simpler pleasures reigned with affection, or perhaps your technology drives you nuts when it malfunctions.

Vote, and explain!

I voted, sometimes. I love my computer don't get me wrong. But I don't have the iphone, ipad, ipod, kindle, etc either and whatever else other gadgets people have...nor any desire for them. Technology really bugs me when it doesn't work like it's supposed to, probably because I'm terrible at troubleshooting and fixing the problem.

I will say that when my mother keeps texting me even when I'm so done with the conversation, then I don't care for technology. hehe
I love my nook. I desperately want an ipod touch, however DH says no because the mp3 player I have works just fine and if it breaks, my cell is also an mp3 player.

Generally I love it - but I dislike what it's done to good old human interactions - no one rings anymore, or writes letters, or speaks face to face.. well obviously people do, BUT technology seems to be the first port of call for any communication now...

No, in fact I wish I did, so I'd get off of it and do some other stuff sometimes

YES! I have a love/hate relationship with technology. I often miss my days before the internet. Now I spend way too much time online and I sometimes just want to get rid of the internet because of that.

I voted sometimes, It really annoys me when I think back to my childhood and compare the things I enjoyed to the things my daughter enjoys, I feel like she is missing out. She would rather play computer games and watch tv then play with her barbie house and climb a tree. We limit how much "tech time" she gets but still i just think that it is a shame.

I do have a laptop as that is my main computer at home. I have a Kindle and I love it.

I often think back to how things were before the internet/facebook days! things were much better in the world.. i hate that my children don't have the childhood that i had! you dont see kids plying out until it gets dark anymore, making mud pies, climbing trees all day.. they all stuck infront of a computer or similar gadget

I'm actually making a concerted effort to get my son away from his computer all week while he's off school - we've been getting out and about, making things, reading books and playing with his aeroplanes, trains and cars. He doesn't seem to mind. I know when he gets older it'll be harder to tear him away, so I'm making the most of it now!

I love technology, so I'm not irritated with it, I'm irritated w/ the way we use it. We could use it to better our lives, not become lazier
