Odd reaction from the doctor's surgery...apparently they don't need you to do a pee test for them to confirm anymore since home tests are so accurate, you just have to turn up to the next antenatal clinic (which in my case is 21st December) and see the midwife...I don't know whether she'll do bloods or whatever but I found it all pretty cavalier. Mind you this is the NHS - I don't pay for my medical treatment (well, not directly - via taxes I do, but you know) and nor can I afford to right now, so can't do much about it. However I will be straight on that phone bugging them if I start feeling ill or spotting or anything, so don't worry about me - I know how to shout louder than anyone else. I even argued with the receptionist saying "but when I had my son I had to do a test at the surgery to confirm..." she just asked me when that was and I said 5 years ago and she said everything had moved on a lot since then. Weird!

But anyway...still happy! Will be resting up and I've already been told by Shaun not to be stressing about finding a job now. Might as well just do supply for now.
