Has anyone been on zoloft during and after pregnancy? did you breastfeed?
I just posted this in another section here too, as Im not sure exactly where this question would fit best.

I am currently ttc #1, on lexapro and tapering off through my MD. OB told me zoloft is safest and best choice is I "need" to be on something during pregnancy.

I would prefer to not be on anything but i've noticed my moods are not the greatest now that Im tapering off. and im wondering if the best decision is for me to just switch to a low dose of zoloft.

Im very concerned about the side effects it could have on the baby, but my OB said, sometimes moms need it and the effects of NOT being on something to help with anxiety could be "worse" for baby than being on somethign....

what do you all think?
