I mainly do cardio. For that I do videos, WATP videos, step aerobics, treadmill, jump rope, trampoline jumping, walking, kickboxing videos. For stretching I do yoga or ballet videos. For toning, which I rarely do, I use 1-3 pound hand weights and 2 pound ankle weights, and resistance bands. My workout schedule for now is to do indoor walking 5 miles per day.
I don't work out yet but I really need to. I've been wanting to for awhile. When I do start (I believe this post is actually going to get me into gear and I'll do it now) I'm going to do pilates & walk. I'll probably do some crunches as well.
Leisa Hart helped me lose every last pound of baby weight! Actually more, I weigh five pounds less now than I did before I got pregnant, and that's saying a lot, because I gained 63 pounds during my preganncy, so she is good, but not too difficult. I have her Gym in A Box, but it looks like she has something new out now. I tried other stuff, but didn't stick with anything else because I didn't really enjoy it, but I like her!
