I'm driving a Kia Sportage '02. My 3rd car since Highschool!! haha and I just graduated in '05!![/b]
I'm knocking on wood and hoping I don't jinx myself.. but.. I've never had to do anything to my car other then change the oil and the brakes and rotors! I did replace the windshield a few months ago and that was only because I got a crack in it about 4 years ago that spread and nobody could even tell but I thought it would be a good time to replace it..
I have almost 150,000 on it and it's been my saving grace! I looove it!

Are you still driving the same car you bought in highschool? no - I am on my third car since then.
One I had in college was to be shared with my brother in the beginning so I didn't have it all that often at first.
Second one I bought myself when I got out of college and got my first full time job.
Third was just last year because we needed a baby friendly car.
Just bought a new one? Leasing? Just bought a new one in 2005.
How do you ladies get around? My car - Toyota Highlander.
I graduated in 1978, and I didn't even have a car then, so no. My first car was a 1977 Toyota Corolla, that I took with me to central WI, when I got my first job as a nurse, in 1983. My second car was a 1986 Toyota Corolla, that I bought brand new, in November 1985.
Then it was a 1988 Ford Taurus that I drove for 12 years. After that, a 1988 Chevy Celebrity, that I got when my dad wanted my grandpa to stop driving, after Grandma died in October 1997. Then a few years later, I hit a deer with the celebrity and it was ancient, so the insurance company totalled it. So, a few months later (so we could save up some money), I got my current car, a 1998 Ford Taurus.
I love driving my Taurus and I hated the Celebrity. Mostly I hated the body style of the Celebrity, since the trunk area was soooo square! I really wasn't sad, when the deer damaged my car, even though it was a remnant of my grandparents.
