I am looking for a specfic poem that is for mothers with little ones. It mentions something about cobwebs and letting the house be as it may...enjoy the children now as they are young, for one day this moment will not be here and you can do all the chores then. It doesn't go like that exactly, but pretty much is saying such. Does anyone know this poem??? If so, could you share it with me. It is not a long poem, rather short, but it is troubling me that I can not remember it. I wanted to make it out onto a board at home so that I am reminded daily how important this time is with my children now.
All though I think there's a poem that my mom had on a plaque and it ended with... There will be time for cleaning and cooking, for children grow up when we're not looking.....
It was kinda lengthy though, try googling those words (my google isn't working right now, everything I search and click on it sends me to an advertisement..BLAH)
I just had to respond about the cobwebs.. My daughter had some in her room and she asked me what that was.. and I said.. a cobweb... and for about 2 weeks she would freak out when we were anywhere and she saw a cobweb b/c she was afraid of COBS... LOL she asked me what a cob was..lol Hee hee
I just found this one.. I noticed when I went to ask.com.. I got many different variations.. So I guess you can just search around and find the one that you're looking for...
