Right now, my monster in law is outside my house sitting on my porch. She was clearing off my flower beds without my permission. In addition, she just shows up at 8:45 in the morning. Thank God I had already been outside to get the paper and had posted a sign that Keira and I were napping and to please not disturb. So now, I think she is sitting out there waiting for me to remove the sign so she can come in. I wont surprise me if she eventually just lets herself in thinking that we had been "napping" long enough.

Once I saw she was out there, Keira and I came upstairs. So now Keira is up relaxing in her crib and I on the desktop.

*** is wrong with my monster in law, seriously? Who the *** sits on someones porch just waiting to be let in??

LOL That is so funny! Well, probably not to you, but I think it's funny that you had the sign posted so you can hide from her! That does seem really early though, and without even calling.... I'm so glad that my MIL live 2 time zones away! I'm really surprised though that she didn't just barge in, at least you've got that going for you. If my MIL did live near us, I doubt a sign would stop her from knocking and ringing the doorbell as she doesn't care about anyone but herself. Good luck hiding. Maybe she will give up and go away!

LOL she did leave after sitting there an hour. I have MIL stories that would make your toes curl.

When I was 8 months pregnant, I was in the shower, and apparantly she had been knocking and I didnt answer being that I was in the shower. Well, she got the spare key and let herself in and came into the BATHROOM while I was showering. And thats a mild story. When I have more time, Ill post some of my horror stories.

Oh my sweet days!!
You should leave your keys in the door and then if she tried to unlock the door she cant because your keys are there stopping her!
