I *thought* that my ILs were going to arrive today, and then we would all leave next Wed for Chicago for some extended family stuff through Sat. But I found out yesterday that they are staying in Chicago for a couple days and won't be here until Fri! And then DH couldn't get Thur. off of work so we won't be able to leave for Chicago until Thur. afternoon after he is done with work so 2 or 3ish so we won't arrive until 6 or 7ish. This is turning out to be a much shorter trip as my MIL is never ready to go at any decent time so I don't look for them before late afternoon or evening on Fri. So it's only 5 full days and 3 partial days!

They are supposed to arrive around 5 today. Both the boys are feeling crummy with snotty noses so this ought to be real fun! I have so much to do yet I'm getting nothing done because Nolan cries whenever I put him down. I can tell he just doesn't feel good.
