Are you getting along with the in laws?. with MIL & FIL, yes for the most part. don't really talk to BIL all that much. NO w/ SIL. there is still a lot of contention between SIL & I about our due dates being so frickin' close.

Now that we don't have the holidays around we don't have much contact the rest of the year. MIL tries to stop by when she is off work but we're not home yet. How convenient. LOL. No sweat off my back!

what is it about the holiday time that just ramps up the drama? same thing in my fam. WAYY too much time together. then nothing for like four months (SO NICE) then easter ... then nothing again until JULY.

We have drama in Feb with my DD(4th) and DH bday(17th) and DH has a nephew who has a bday(8th) the same month. We don't do Easter together, thank goodness. And every year MIL begs us to go to fourth of July festivities with her and we never show up. I will make a new thread about the birthdays this year.
