YAY I Have An Appointment!!

Hey Ladies,

I made an appoinment with an Endocrinologist. My DH thinks I'm a little weird because I'm actually excitted about going. But really I'm just hoping that if I do have Graves Disease that we can sart getting it under control. That's the part that excited me, hopefully getting an answer and getting it treated. I mean Clay and I have been TTC for about 3 years with no sucess and no answers. So yeah, I'm pretty excitted about going. Although it's going to a very long 15 day wait! My appoinment is on June 24th at 5pm. anyways, just thought I'd let you lovely ladies know.

Yay!

I remember the day my OB told me I was hypo... I was so excited! You don't often get excited to learn that something is wrong & you'll have to take meds the rest of your life but my thought were... this is the reason I'm not getting pg, we've found the problem now we can fix it & I can get pg!

That's exactly how I feel! I feel like dancing and it's so nice to have a doctor finally listen to me. The nice thing is that my doctor is an OBGYN so when I do finally get pregnant, I get to keep the same doctor. I just hope it doesn't take forever to get pregnant after they figure out the issue and fix it. By the way, congrats on being pregnant. I just found out about 3 weeks ago that my little sister is pregnant with her 3rd. That will be her 3rd child in 3 years. A liddle rediculous considering she is only 21, well she will be tomorrow. She is due January 14th, but I think she will have the baby in December, I think the 28th or the 29th.

Congrats on being an Auntie (again). WOW... 3 kids in 3 years! You know, I remember how I started TTC before my sis yet she got pg before me... it was kinda tough but I was very happy for her especially since that was her 1st (& only according to her). My neice was born Feb 12, 2008.

Yea I know exactly what you mean. Since Clay and I have been TTC, everyone, and I mean everyone we know who can get pregnant has, atleast half of them have had 2 children and in some cases, like my sister, have had, or going to have 3. It was really hard for me, but I was still very happy for them and very supportive. Even though none of them were planned, except for my sister's first baby. LOL Its always those ones who are trying that have problems.

So I have my appoinment today, Wednesday, at 5pm. I'm a little anxious and worried. But I will let everyone know what they say. Anyways, just wanted to update everyone.
