what hypo symptoms you guys have....I think mine has died on me just 2 months after RAI. My hair is falling out, I am having headaches daily (constant) and I just generally feel like total crap......oh and I've gained 5 pounds in the last month...I have been the same weight for 3 years since I had my little one. I don't gain weight...I haven't gained weight since I was pregnant and I usually just don't gain weight. My mom was picking hair off my back this weekend...she said my shirt was absolutely covered

I am calling my endo tomorrow to demand a blood test as my next appointment isn't until February...I know he's good but I just don't think my check ups should be so far apart....I think he should be monitoring me more regularly than every 2-3 months.

EDITED: A GREAT BIG FAT NEVER MIND! MY LABS WERE FINE ACCORDING TO THE DR. UGH! ALL THESE SYMPTOMS AND NOTHING INDICATED...MAYBE I'M CRAZY

Did they test Free T3 & Free T4, along with your TSH??? I see that you have an endo & if he's anything like mine was, he isn't testing the *free's*. If they didn't test that it very well may be that your Free T3 is off b/c I know mine was.

My endo used Synthroid to get my TSH down from like 45 to ~2 but my hair was still falling out. I had to find a new dr but I finally found someone that was willing to test my *free's* & lo & behold my Free T3 was low so we added some T3 to the mix & it all stopped! I'm now on Armour, which has both T3 & T4.

Sorry for not responding yesterday... I was crazy busy & not home for most of the day.

I just called his office to get my numbers as the nurse didn't leave the actual results on the message. He only checked my Free T4 and TSH! ***? He always does Ft3 and t4s. I don't get that at all. But my TSH is 1.914 and Ft4 is 1. The nurse said they are right where he wants them....so now I'm off to do some research on this to see if they are good or not. This is supposedly one of the best endos in the area according to like everyone including a lot of doctors. There is one on the top thyroid docs website 30 minutes away so I am considering going to her but I just hate starting over with a new doctor but I also just want to feel better and I know KNOW it's my thyroid.
