At my u/s last month, she was in the 44th percentile. I had another one today and this time she is in the 26th percentile. The doc said they don't really worry about it unless is's below the 20th. My endo had told me that if the growth ever seems to be slowing down to stop taking my anti-thyroid meds, so I'm stopping tomorrow (I'm on a pretty low dose as it is, and many people can stop in the third trimester anyway). They want to do an ultrasound once a week until the end of my pregnancy.
Everything else looked good.

Ryland measured small when I was 36 weeks pregnant too. Turns out he had just dropped into my pelvis already and the tech was getting inaccurate measurements! I delivered Ryland at 36 weeks, and he weighed 5 lbs. 8 oz., which is on the small side for a full-term baby, but not a 4-week preemie. They had me all worried for nothing!

I would put NO bearing on what they say the weight is through u/s. They were always wrong by a 1lb or more (the baby was always more). I wouldn't worry at all.
