Lets see... I didn't get a single Bible study! However I did get the audio Bible that was on my list! It's AWESOME... it's more of a theatrical production & is really fun to listen to... The Official Word of Promise Audio Bible Website. That was my BIGGEST present. I also got some PJ's, money, pretty blue sweater, a book of promises from the Lord (from Austin). I think that's about it. Mike got a gun clip, box of cookies, new work gloves. Austin got mostly money that he used to buy some games with. Oh & Uno Spin... we have been LOVING that!
I gave everyone some sort of Bible study/Bible. I also gave my sister a Christian rap CD. She probably got the most from us... a Bible study, a Family Bible, & a Christian rap CD. Got Zahrea (my neice) a Bible story book & a cute outfit. Literally EVERYONE got the Word of God from me this year... including Mike & Austin (who have neither done a Bible study before ).
No big stories to share... we spent our day watching Nestor, the Long Eared Christmas Donkey & The Nativity Story. Oh, Austin did give me a present that he says was from Santa & NOT him... charcoal! It was a joke present! Don't know what I am going to do with him!
Yesterday Luke was driving his new bike around the living room (the boys both got balance bikes - which they call motorcycles because they don't have any pedals) and suddenly stopped and said, "Mommy, why didn't you get any presents?" I said, "I did get presents, you were just too busy opening yours to notice." He wanted to know what I got, so I told him, "Some clothes, scrapbooking supplies, some bath stuff, a gift card to Babies R Us, and some money". He looked at me strangely, I'm sure he thought they were all boring gifts!
My in-laws go overboard with Christmas, so the kids got too much to list. Their favorite gifts were the balance bikes, a Mr Potato Head, and the GI Janes they each got (they have a ton of GI Joes that had DH saved from when he was a kid, I figured they needed some female ones too).
