Hi! My children will be seven, almost eight years apart! I have a seven year old daughter named Mya and I have another girl on the way due in November, we plan on calling Lily. I never intended to have such a gap, but it was never the right time to get pregnant again until recently. So, I am going to have a second grader and a baby and sometimes I wonder if I'm nuts for doing so! My concern is keeping my daughter from becoming a mommy. I want her to stay a little kid for as long as possible. Hopefully I can work through it. Luckily I plan on becoming a SAHM after the baby is born. well, actually Oct 9 weeks and counting!!! So hopefully that will help. I was unable to stay home the first time around and glad I will have the chance this time. I also volunteer at the school a lot and I'm really looking forward to getting a chance to do more this year. I'm hoping it will help me connect with my daughter on a one on one basis without the baby. Any advice would be great!!! Glad to be here and happy to meet you all!
