So my first two were closely spaced siblings (21months). My youngest will be 5 when our third child arrives due to losses in between. Does anyone else have closely spaced and then a wide space? How did it work out? I feel really lost with it being so long since we had a baby. How did you "start over"?

Oh I am Jessi btw and I have a 6 yo DD, 4yo DS and another DD due at the end of September.

Hey Jess

My older 2 are 15 months apart and the best of friends. My youngest is 3 years younger than they are... While they all "get along" there is an obvious closeness the older 2 share that he does not. He has his own friends/interests so it doesn't effect him at all.

There is 25 mos between DS1 and DS2 and only 11 mos between DS2 and DS3 then 8 yrs from DS3 to DD.

It was an adjustment my 3 boys are close and they love their sister and are super helpful when it comes to their sister and she loves them so much (even though she's only 7 mos old!) I actually like this gap it seems like I was more stressed with the boys than I am now
