Seeing as how I've been on the phone with Cingular for what seems like a year of my life, here's what I'm thinking about.

Do you have a cell phone? How often do you use it? Who is your service provider? Do you like them?

My fiance and I have our cells through Cingular obviously. We use them a lot. I think Cingular provides the best reception and coverage area for where I live, but their customer service sucks and they are sneaky about some things. We should be paying about $100/month for our 2 phones, but lately because of their sneaky charges, they are charging us about $190/month. This is why I had to call and argue with them. I have found with them though, if you aren't getting what you want, hang up and call back to talk to someone else.

This was kind of a vent also, but I hate having to spend 1+ hours on the phone talking to someone who just won't listen.

Me and dh both have our cell phone service from u.s cellular. We have a plan together we pay about $70 a month for both phones....we share 1500 mintues and have unlimited mobile to mobile. We've had u.s celluar for the past two years and I'm planning on staying with them. I haven't had any problems with them yet. I always have reception..no complains here...(so far).

Believe it or not I think DH and I are the only ones left on earth that do not use cell phones. I am a SAHM and he works less then 1 mile away and has excess to a phone at all times. So really we have found there is no reason to add that extra bill into our monthly budget.

I apparently live in a black hole for cell phone signals. I have tried 3 or 4 different providers and none of them give me a signal at home. So, I now have Virgin Mobile, and I pay as I go. I only use it for emergencies and to talk to my sister as I am driving home from work (no worries, I use a headset). I pay $15 every 3 months or sooner if the balance goes low. It works for me.

I have Cingular and have had no problems with them. My one complaint is that they offered better deals on new phones when they were AT&T.

I actually have 2 cellphones. One is Nextel and we got that about a year ago. Right now we are paying 120/month for both of us. But I need to change that.

My other one is Verizon. The reason I have that one is because my sister moved back to the states (she was in vet school on the Carribean- not as great as it sounds) but is doing her clinicals in Louisiana. So she got Verizon and she added me on to it for $10/month so when she and I talk it wouldn't cost us anything. Plus my mom, stepdad, dad, best friend, grandmother, and aunt have Verizon too.

When my contract is up with Nextel next year we are going to switch to Verizon. So far no real problems with Verizon and a ton with Nextel.

DH and I have Verizon. It hasn't given us any trouble yet, something that happened with other providers.

I use my cell a lot. Jamie not so much.

I have a cell phone, DH and DD do not have one. I used to use it A LOT more, but since becoming a semi-SAHM, I really only use it on weekends when I am working. I have Iowa Wireless Megatalk. I like it because I can use it as much as I want in Iowa at any time as long as I've purchased airtime...no bills.

I have US Cellular. I like it ok. Wish there weren't so many dead areas but I think half the problem is with my phone itself!
