First things first, the cramping was nothing serious. She said it could have been because of a million things, but it was nothing bad. As for the gender...it's a little boy. I am a little disappointed because I really wanted those little dresses and bows and stuff, but I know I'll love my little man just as much.

CONGRATULATIONS!!

I was disappointed when we found out Ellie was a girl. I knew she was going to be my last baby and I very much wanted to give DH a son (even though I wanted 6 daughters LOL). But when she was born, all that didn't matter anymore. I wouldn't trade my mini-me for the world.

Every once in awhile, I'll see a toddler boy strutting along side his daddy and wish I wasn't done having children.

Sending you (((hugs))) today.

Congrats.. Are you done having children? If not you can still get your wish.. Trinity wasn't planned.. We didn't even care what we had as long as the baby was healthy. And when we found out.. I jumped.. I had the same feeling as you. A little girl to dress in cute dresses and bows to put in her hair

Now that I'm feeling a bit better about another boy, I have more to share from the u/s. First off, Quinn was scratching his butt! We thought that was hilarious that he was doing that. The u/s tech said she sure hopes its a boy, bc it's not very lady-like. Plus, he was relaxing horizontally inside me like he was laying in a lazy-boy. Finally, I have only gained 1 1/2 pounds this whole pregnancy! I am so proud of this, as I was so scared I would end up even more overweight than I already am.

No, I'm all done after this one. I have only ever wanted 2 kids, and if I were to try for another girl I'd probably just end up with 3 boys. I am getting my tubes tied at the end of this, to make it official.

Congrats on a healthy boy!!!!
I know what you mean about the weight thing. I was so worried I would gain a tonn and I
went into pregnancy very heavy. but I only gained 11 pounds, had a 9 pound, 11oz baby and
now with BF I weight much less than I did before I got pregnant
That said, I am still a wide load..............

No, I'm sure. If I had even a little doubt I wouldn't do it. There is no doubt. Just before we became preg with this one we decided that we would adopt instead of giving birth to a child. Then, SURPRISE! We are thrilled to be pregnant, but are sure we don't want any more.
