My DH does NOT, and I DO send him cards or write him short love notes from time to time. I just asked him tonight if he would send me a card or buy me a card once in a while and he said he doesn't have the time!

How is this with you? Does your DH give you cards or write you notes on occasion? Just curious...

When we were dating he sent me sweet cards all the time
Now I just get them on Mother's day, birthdays and Christmas but he puts a lot of thought into them, I really like it. I know some men just arent into that stuff, is he sweet in other ways? what is HIS dad like?

NEVER! Which is fine by me, as I'm really not a card or note person. Now chocolates are another story!!!

But my DH is really sweet in other ways. He rubs my feet and bakes me cookies.

He use to. I asked him about that the other day. It's nothing for me to slip a little piece of paper in his bag with a little "I love you" on it. It's the little things. he use to leave me post its on my steering wheel in the mornings. I guess the honeymoon is over?

I guess he's sweet in other ways....ways that I can't think of right now LOL so maybe not THAT sweet. LOL HIS dad was/is pretty cold and I know my DH gets a lot of that from him. The weird thing is, honestly, I know he loves me and even though he never tells me I'm cute or pretty or anything and never really has, I know he finds me attractive because he's always after me every night to "DTD" ...LOL

I just asked him point blank right now "hey, honey? what do you think you do for me that's 'sweet?' " and he said while half watching TV, 'I keep you fed, clothed, housed and otherwise taken care of.' Well, now, Aren't you Mr. Romance? LOL
