Real easy:

Preheat over to 350. I take a sirloin. Butterfly it, beat the heck out of it. Wilt some fresh spinich in a large cast iron pan with 2 teaspoons of water. I dump the spinich in an extra bowl and place the cast iron back on the stove to get hot. I season the beef then roll the spinich up in the beef. Place the beef roll seam down in the cast iron skillet. I turn it till it is brown and place the pan and all in the oven for about 15 minutes.

Ooooh! That sounds GOOD! Thanks for the recipe. Fortunately, I cook mostly with cast iron so I have a good pan to use. THANKS AGAIN!!!!

I love my cast iron skillets. I have my great grandmothers and they are WELL seasoned. You can also marinade the steak if you want to add a little extra flavor.

I have a huge box of the steak um like steaks but they are a black angus brand. I am thinking about trying that since they are real thin.
