I may be a LONG wa off yet but I have been thinking about what to do if next time I have a girl as our son will have to share his room as we only have a 2 bed house.

So I was wondering if you fantatsic ladies could post ideas ?? I am sooooooooooooo stumped on this

I quite fancy creamish walls ???

You could give her side a sage green & pink theme. I think that would look really beautiful against the cream walls.

Love the cream and green! cream is a great color. you can make the room cream and cream and accent your DS stuff with blue and if you get your DD hers with pink!

well as you see, I thought I was a long way off but a few days ago found out I am pregnant !!!!

so keep the ideas coming !!!!

I was also thinking of waiting til baby arrives as obviuosly will know if its a boy or girl and then will know what to do in the room !!!!

lol, I have strong will power, I love the surprise element at the end

I have bought some cream bedding, so its very gender neutral, I have a very strong feeling its a boy so maybe after a lil while after the baby has been born we will get some blue bedding

Sounds like all you need is a wall painting technique that sets one side of the room apart from the other as the other posters suggested. Here are some pictures of nurseries (not store displays, but nurseries decorated by individuals) that might give you a few ideas.

Have you thought maybe of giving the new baby a Rainforest theme? I know BRU just released a bedding set that matches all of their other items (swing, pack 'n play, etc.) I think that would be very adorable and would definitely work well with the neutral walls.
