A little advice if you are looking into buying from Restoration Hardware Baby.

I purchased items in July for my nursery. It is now November and the items are still on backorder. RH cannot tell me when they will come in or if they will come in. I decorated my nursery around these items and I don't have them. Be wary about ordering from them. They will not stand behind their products and will not provide them in a timely manner.

Oh wow! That's really awful!!!! I'm sorry that that is going on!!!

You should ask for a refund of your money so you can get something else. I hope it works out for you!!!

I am also sorry that they are doing this to you. I also agree that you should ask for your money back so that you can the items you need. Thank you also for the warning.

Same thing happened to me except they actually discontinued my product, did not tell me and I was unable to get half of my bedding though I planned the entire room around it (even painted with RH paint)!
Needless to say I am very frustrated.
I've also had problems with getting pillows and pillow coverings but they do not match up in size once they are put together even though the tags say they should???
